Return Policy

Items sent back for a refund must be received within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, returns are for credit only. The cost of returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer. We will refund 100% of the purchase price of the returned items only. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We can only accept items for return or exchange that are unworn and in original packaging. There are no refunds or exchanges on custom imprinted items unless there is a defect or the product was not what was ordered.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, shipping costs for the exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, or the wrong item was originally received. Please include $6.99 per item for shipping charges for your exchanged items.

Technical Suit Return Policy*

*This policy refers to all of our Elite Championship suits.

These Championship suits may be returned for EXCHANGE FOR SIZE ONLY. Suits must be returned with the original packaging, tags attached and returned in the condition it was received. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of order. If we do not have the size you need for the exchange, we will ship it from the manufacturer once it becomes available. Any suit that is not returned in the condition it was sent will be returned to the customer. Please make sure your skin is completely clean and have not applied any skin care products such as lotion, deodorant, make-up or anything else that may rub off on the suit.

Upon receipt, please examine your suit carefully. Once the suit has been worn in the water, it CANNOT be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. Any manufacturer defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt of order. Suits will be reviewed by K&B Sportswear to verify if there is a manufacturer defect before any replacement is issued. After 30 days, suits cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
